So far this century, there have arguably been three breakout hits on the comics page-The Boondocks, Get Fuzzy, and Pearls Before Swine." -San Francisco ChronicleMore Info About Da Brudderhood of Zeeba Zeeba Eata: A Pearls Before Swine CollectionYou're invited to the most whacked-out party of the year. Bring your togas, your appetite, and your attitude to the first-ever fraternity "zee-ba-cue" by the Da Brudderhood of Zeeba Zeeba Eata. Getting out is a different story .In this, the fifth collection of the wildly popular Pearls Before Swine comic strip, Stephan Pastis's original creations Rat, Pig, Goat, and Zebra join the sophomoric cast of crocodilian cutthroats in Pastis's funniest work yet.

If you are someone who is into photography who likes to figure out what camera was used at what exposure ect. But this is a case where the complaint is not that the food was bad and the portions too small: In fact, the food was so great, one wishes it were all-you-can-eat.
And then I'm left wondering if perhaps the book's very brevity might not be part of what makes it so splendind. The ending is realistic, if not high on the happy scale. It takes true literary talent to write in such a way it's impossible to not make it into the book, facing the good and bad along with my new favorite fictional community. My sister recommended the short story, Ghost Sword by Kara Dalkey, to me and I am glad I took her suggestion.
Although the book cover is rather drab, this is one of those 'don't judge the story by the cover'.
Worth the read, it would be nice to see more from this author!. In fact, I still have this book on my "current reading" shelf because I want to
