None of the serious sellers that I met expected to get full KBB prices.. When we do something that is not relevant, not a habit to our self, we don't "expect a reward" when we see the cue. Habits can be engulfed through our beliefs and values. Core and pelvic floor strength is so important for all of us, but especially pregant women. Maybe a searchable e-book would get around this deficit.. The author offers a small bit of useful advice:
Basically, you look for the cues/triggers that are starting the routine/habit that you are not happy with but cannot seem to stop. IF that is your interest, then this is your book. They could stay male. This makes it hard to care all that much what happens to them when things go crazy at horror house.
